HOTEL RESERVATION PROCEDURES: Reservation Cut-Off Date – Monday, August 31st, 2026
Reservations must be made with the Porter Hotel by the cut-off date listed above. Please be sure that you identify your group affiliation to receive the group rate. Also note that a first night's deposit
or a credit card will be required to guarantee the room reservations.  Note: Every effort will be made to accommodate special rooming requests but they cannot be guaranteed. 
Check-in time is 4:00 PM; check-out time is 11AM
